Aylesford Church choir has been running continuously for well over 100 years. Initially for men and boys only, women and girls began to join from the 1950's. Currently we have a mixed voice adult choir with junior section (from 7 years).

• We welcome people of all ages and all skill levels.
  
• We are a traditional church choir, singing a wide range of music, from plainsong to modern.
  
• We have a lively and thriving junior choir who sing at services and weddings and attend the Royal School of Church Music training scheme called 'A Voice for Life'.
  
• We hold occasional social events e.g. outings to the seaside, Christmas dinner and ten pin bowling.
  
• We are joined by other singers from time to time when we perform larger works.
  
• We sing with other choirs at joint events often held at Rochester Cathedral.
  
• We rehearse every Thursday evening and support Sunday morning services and a number of weddings throughout the summer months.
  
• We have appeared on TV and on CD.
  
• We are an amateur choir, but we aim to be as good as we can be, whilst enjoying what we do.
