Carol Singing in the Square

On the Friday before Christmas, over 100 adults and children congregated in the village square to sing carols, accompanied by Pauline Fisher who played the cornet, helping us to keep in tune and up to speed - thank you so much for playing . . .  After half an hour of hearty singing most of us went to the church to have a delicious glass of mulled wine supplied by Ron and Jan Cogger and a mince pie. Christmas Fair | December 2012


The Saturday Market Christmas fair was a most pleasant, vibrant and colourful affair. We were well supported, including many new visitors and took over £1,038! Thanks go to all our supporters and helpers on the day which made for a good result.

Sparkling Christmas tree festival


Aylesford Church sparkled with 65 traditional and wacky Christmas trees for the first two weekends of December 2011. Trees came from local businesses, all the four schools in the parish, local organisations and clubs and from individuals and families. Aylesford Church Christmas Fayre


December was a very busy month leading up to the Christmas Fayre. This was once again a most happy and pleasant occasion on a fine, crisp, sunny day. Visitors were able to browse over a great variety of stalls and try their luck on several games and of course our fantastic main raffle with thirty six prizes.
