ST PETER’S WEEK 2009

A week of activities put on by St Peter and St Paul ’s Church, Aylesford

 SATURDAY  JUNE 27TH – SUNDAY JULY 5TH

Saturday 27th June         
Starts with the church open all week.
Fun and stalls on the Aylesford community field all day.
Church stall on the community field, FORSTAL Rd.
Saturday Market open 10am – 12noon at the Brassey Centre
Songs of Praise on the stage in the community centre field. Choir, hand bells and audience participation.
At St Peter’s church the WI will have a cake stall, teas will be served all day and ‘Teddies’ can parachute from the church tower.

Sunday 28th June
Songs of Praise service 10 am. Medieval parade from the church to the community centre, Forstal Rd

Monday 29th June
Two local walks planned, one short and one longer walk. Both ending in tea at the Methodist church, Eccles.

Tuesday 30th June.
Business lunch at the Hengist with a Christian speaker. By invitation.
Cream teas hosted by Charles Busby Court, Legion Village.

Wednesday 1st July. 
Service in church 10am.
Evening at the Brassey centre , Station Rd, Aylesford.
Dr Peter Smith will give a talk followed by refreshments.

Thursday 2nd July. 
Quiet Day at St Mary’s Abbey, West Malling. Booking for 20 people through Janet 01622 710083

Friday 3rd July. 
Choir concert in the church evening. 8.00pm. FREE ENTRY !!
(donations invited)

Saturday 4th July
Saturday market open 10am –12 noon at the Brassey Centre, by the railway crossing in Aylesford village.
Church children’s party in the afternoon in Brassey Centre.2-5pm

Sunday 5th July.
8am and 10am church service.
Family service 10am
Bring and Share lunch at Wickham Lodge after church by kind invitation of Richard and Cherith Bourne.
