Lights of Love - Family Service
Sunday 28th November, 10am
And we are back to the beginning of the Church's year with the wonderful season of Advent, when we watch and wait for the coming of Jesus, both as a baby at Christmas and as sovereign over all, at the end of time.
Of course, we recognise that this is a difficult time of year for some, and never more so than after the last (nearly) two years, so it is good that we are able to offer Lights of Love this year - an opportunity to remember those we have loved and lost in a very tangible way. Sunday morning's Family Service will be the opening service for Lights of Love - we will switch on the lights on the trees, hang the stars that have names on already and welcome, once again, the Aylesford Community Youth Choir.
Here is the order of service
. You will only need to print/access this if you are joining by Zoom at 10am; copies will be supplied in church. And here, for those joining by Zoom only, are the hymn words
The Family Service will be followed by a short, spoken service of Communion, at around 11.30am, for those who would like to stay.
As safe as possible ...
Please note that, although the wearing of face masks in church is no longer compulsory, we ask you to continue to wear one if at all possible.
