Sunday 31st July

Being the fifth Sunday of the month, the Sunday services will be Traditional Holy Communion at 8am (spoken) and 10am (with music).

The readings will be Ecclesiastes 1.2, 12-14; 2.18-23 and Luke 12.13-21, if you would like to be thinking about them.

For the first time, since 15th March 2020, if you are receiving Communion, you will be offered wine in the form of an intincted wafer (a wafer dipped by me in the consecrated wine). If you would rather continue to receive the wafer only, there will be a way of indicating that. All will be explained on Sunday morning. I hope this is good news for the majority; it's not a big step in practical terms, but I'm well aware that spiritually, it will mean everything to some.

For those taking part by Zoom, here is the order of service (which you may already have downloaded and printed) and here is the hymns, collect and readings' sheet. You won't need to print/access these documents if you are coming to church, where they will be supplied.

Here is an activity sheet for sharing with younger family members.

Coffee and refreshments will follow both services and everyone is invited.

Please remember that the level crossing will be closed, and I won't even mention Hall Road, Station Road and Aylesford High Street!

Please feel free to continue with any of the Covid procedures as you prefer (mask, sanitiser, distance etc). Please don't come to church if you have any symptoms at all. Supply of masks and sanitiser are being maintained in church for the time being.
