Church Organ
We have a fine Forster & Andrews 2-manual organ, built in 1865 and most recently rebuilt in 2015. The organ is used for church services and the key events in life - baptisms, weddings and funerals, and has been played by visiting professional organists in our twice-yearly recitals – they really put the organ through its paces! See News and the Calendar for dates and more details.
There are some organ enthusiasts who will be interested to know that there's a history of the instrument...
A comprehensive and lavishly illustrated history of the organ was published in 2015 to coincide with the 150th anniversary of the organ's installation. In addition to the organ, its 160 pages also contain considerable information about the church itself (from Victorian times), past vicars and the choir.
Copies can be purchased directly from the organist: Please contact on 07831246810.

Recitals
We are very lucky in Aylesford - with such a fabulous organ, we have been able to invite very accomplished organists to come and play! We are looking at the feasibility of organising more organ recitals.
