The Bereavement Journey

7 Sessions of films and discussion for anyone bereaved at anytime.

We are very pleased to be able to offer this tried and tested programme, which is for just about everyone; most of us have been bereaved.
The Bereavement Journey is a 7-week course for anyone who has been bereaved, recently or at any time. The programme has been run by many churches, and is very highly regarded in both church and secular contexts.
The Bereavement Journey is a series of films and discussion groups that gently guide people bereaved at any time through the most common aspects of grief and bereavement, enabling them to process the implications for themselves and discern next steps. Suitable for everyone; the course is not faith-related until the final (and optional) session that asks questions from a faith perspective.
Dates: 15th, 22nd, 29th November. 6th, 13th and 20th December. Final session (optional) 10th January.
